Master Method reset: While pressing and holding the far left (calendar) and far right button (iTask), followed by pressing the reset button on the back of the phone for 5 seconds until there is a display on the screen, then release the pressure on all the buttons. To approve the confirmation of reset, press the power button. Metode Master resetnya :

 

Sambil menekan dan menahan tombol paling kiri (calendar) dan tombol paling kanan (iTask), ikuti dengan menekan tombol reset pada bagian belakang ponsel selama 2 sampai 3 detik. Perangkat akan melakukan reset dan merestart secara otomatis. Apabila perangkat tidak hidup kembali secara otomatis, maka pastikan posisi kunci baterei pada sebelah kiri (terkunci).

Sambil menahan kedua tombol soft key (berlambang "-") tekan juga tombol reset sekali saja sampai tampil konfirmasi pada layar. Tekan Y bila setuju dan tekan N bila membatalkan.
